Okay, so I used to be totally anti working out. I just couldn't get into it. But now I have 3 kids and it seems harder this time to get back to my normal size. I desperately wanted to lose weight before Steve and I went on our cruise and so my friend told me about Denise Austin's workout on Lifetime every morning. I was skeptical about being able to stick with a workout, but I love Denise Austin and so I gave it a try. I have been doing it now for over 3 months and it is definitely true what they say about excercising. I feel so much better than I used to. I have energy and I am 100% more enthusiastic and optimistic than I used to be. Normally I am kind of negative when I first wake up, thinking that another day seems so monotonous. Then I do my Denise Austin and towards the end I am thinking to myself. "What a beautiful day this is! I just love my kids, they are so wonderful (not that I don't think that on a regular basis, but you know what I mean). I can't wait to clean my house." Denise Austin is the best workout for me too because she is not hard core, but she makes you feel so good. "You're strong, you're lean! Tighten that tushy, if you don't do it, no one else will! Work on that glutius maximus, making it our glutius minimus." Anyway, I just got done working out. Can you tell by my enthusiasm? Have a great day!

K Mandi you know me I have no energy or want ever to workout. I am dreading it after i have this baby but I told Dusty if he doesnt make me I am going to be a depressed fat girl and I dont want that. I just dont know how to get the want and motivation ever!!!! But thats awesome that you are working out and loving it. I hope that will be me someday. love ya
congrats! working out is the best! it really works for me too. :) it also helps me to get out any anger...like venting through lifting weights. hahahaha that's awesome that you wake up that early in the AM to do your workout. YOU ROCK! keep it up and don't worry you will loose the baby weight, it just sometimes takes time. I am proud of you. :)
Woohoo! Go Mandi! I'm with you on the energy/happiness thing. Working out is my natural "high" and I love doing it. Too bad we don't have TV or I'd bust a move with ya via Denise. Keep it up! You are amazing. Sure love ya!
You go girl! I'm so proud of you for keeping with it!
That's funny that you are so gung ho about working out, because I am really gung ho about eating and watching TV. Unfortunately it seems to have the opposite effect to working out, so I must truly re-evaluate my hobbies.
