This is my sweet little Katie girl at 4 1/2 months. She has the cutest littke pigtails in this picture. Unfortunately because I put such tight pigtails in her hair she is now balding on top and her cute little pigtails are no more for right now. Thats okay though, I am sure she will have plenty of hair soon enough. Any of you who know my boys know that hair is definitely not something they lack. I did have someone the other day tell me that I had such a cute little boy though and I felt rather annoyed about that. Maybe it's because I'm her mom, but she definitely does not look like a boy!

Do not feel bad, every mom of a baby girl has had her referred to as a boy. I had Jadyn in a pink onesie with a bow on it, and a skirt, and people would still call her a boy. HELLO! It's not that difficult to tell the difference, but apparently it's a concept people lack.
I can't even see her bald spot and she definitely looks like a little girl to me!! Some people are just BLIND! I always have people thinking Kes is a boy.

She is soooo cute! my goodness, what do you mean 'balding?' The girl has about 100X more hair than my little chunker. :) I hope you're doing well! I miss you!
i hated hearing that, and didn't know how to handle that...so i decided to always have brookie wear pink or have a bow in her hair. you can do a head band or use honey or ky jelly to glue a bow on her head like they do in the hospital. :) she is getting so chunky!! are her ears pierced? she is so cute. thanks for sharing. i think i will do that with my next baby, if it can be a girl. :)
Mandi she is so cute. I love how much she looks like you. Brooklyn balded a little too on the back of her head but it grew back in quickly so don't worry too much about it. Plus she is so dang cute that's all people will notice.
Soooo many people called Jersi a boy. Jersi definitly had wierd hair goin on for a while though. I love the picture of Katie to the right of your blog on her tummie.
